To develop and enhance the leadership potential of entrepreneurs and individuals already in leadership or management positions, in business or third sector organisations, and individuals who aspire to move into management.
Based on our unique Experiential Leadership Pyramid™ Model, we enable participants to embody the experience of leadership, not just learn about leadership, and so deliver a new paradigm in practical Christian leadership development.

To forward our vision to see people actively using their God-given talents, abilities and Spiritual Gifts to make a positive social impact in the workplace, communities and our world.
Through collaboration with like-minded individuals, we seek to bridge the gap between desire, real opportunities for social action involvement, and the brokering of volunteer opportunities with the organisations and charities with whom we work, support and network.
  

The Link between Christian Leadership Ministries, the
Online Leadership Academy & the Gifted for Action™ Experience

Christian Leadership Ministries (CLM)

Christian Leadership Ministries, a Community Interest Group, was created in 2012 to support individuals, both inside and outside the Church, to acknowledge their God-given gifts and talents; to recognise God’s purpose for their lives; and use these to reach their potential, in service, whilst glorifying God.  CLM was instrumental in the development, delivery and piloting of a series of 10 weekend seminars, over a 4-year period, through what was then called the Decade of Destiny.

With the support of the Lions Experience—a process that provides a place to dream and prepare, for passionate Kingdom-minded Christian pioneers and entrepreneurs, helping them to lay firm foundations that enable them to turn a God idea into a powerful reality.  The Decade of Destiny training programme was developed into an online version that captures the interactive spirit and participative nature of the weekend seminars, and reproduced to create a dynamic, experiential and blended online learning experience that is convenient and cost-effective—and so the Online Leadership Academy CIC was born.

The Online Leadership Academy (OLA)

The Online Leadership Academy is a not for profit, community interest company, set up to provide interactive, biblically-based discipleship and leadership development learning solutions for individuals and organisations.  Our interventions are practical and experiential; incorporating interactive eLearning modules, live video webinars, online forum for discussion, peer to peer learning partnerships and coach-mentoring support via email, phone and video conference, and structured so that participants do not have to learn alone.   [Online Leadership Academy' Website]

The Gifted for Action™ Experience

More recently, the Gifted for Action™ Experience has undergone a complete overhaul, to make it easier for prospective clients and participants to navigate through a range of personal and leadership development options.  There are now two main pathways through which individuals can engage and interact with the Gifted for Action™ suite of programmes.

Just as there is more to life than just work, we believe that there’s more to being a Christian believer than just worship, fellowship and attending a ‘particular’ church.  God has given each of us 7 days a week to ‘do’ life, which includes work, Christian fellowship, family, fun, relaxation and recuperation.  The Bible tells us that God wants an opportunity to influence and support us to do more for Him with all aspects of our lives—the Gifted for Action™ suite of programmes will definitely encourage and facilitate you to do that!

Meet the Founder

Hello there!  I'm Oenca 

My name is Oenca Fontaine (MCIPD), founder of the Online Leadership Academy.  I am an author, coach, trainer and consultant.  I came to Christ in 1994, and I have been on a 'living by faith' journey since 2010.

I specialise in leadership and talent development and have worked within the public, private and voluntary sectors.  I have worked with local authorities and the police service for a number of years, and have been recognised repeatedly for outstanding leadership and professionalism.    

I am a Member of the CIPD, hold a Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring, OSC&M, and I am an NLP (New Code) Master Trainer, trained by John Grinder (co-founder of NLP).  

I believe in my heart that there is more to the Christian experience than ‘just fellowship and corporate worship’.  My heart’s desire is to see individuals from every walk of life moving out of the church pews, actively discovering their God-given purpose, and using this to make a positive impact in the workplace, communities, and in our world.
