For leadership development to make sense, it usually requires having people who you have some man management responsibility for or they follow you in some way.
Now, if you don’t’ have a team per se, we would need to have a conversation about who can give you quality feedback which will illuminate your strengths and the areas requiring further development or improvement.
You can definitely get some benefit from the process, but we have to ensure from the outset, that there are people who know you in a professional capacity well, and who can give you the constructive feedback that will help you.
On top of that, you do need a desire and a willingness to do some study and self-reflection, as the focus of the programme is practical, requiring you to reflect on your experience, capture your thoughts and feelings, and sharing your learning with a learning partner or trusted friend Is also encouraged throughout the programme.
The programme has been developed as a blended programme, and depending where you are in the country, it is possible for the feedback report element to be done face to face. This option would be more cost effective for everyone concerned if there were 3 or more people wanting to receive their feedback on the same day, at the same venue.

Also, depending on where you are in the country, or if there were enough people willing to travel to a specific training or conference venue, it would be possible to arrange some face to face training to complement the existing online programme materials, i.e. 1 or 2 training days or events per year.

Yes, the Ethical Leadership Training programme does have a structure to it. There are specific points within the programme where you will be prompted to book a 1:1 Coach-Mentoring session with your Coach.
Also, as part of your induction and on-boarding into the programme, you will be given the various links to book the coaching support call that you need, whether that’s for a coach-mentoring session or a follow-up meeting.
There is always the option to customise your leadership development experience further by increasing the number of follow-up appointments, supplementing the programme with additional coach-mentoring sessions, or arranging focused VIP days, at an additional investment.
This is something you can talk about and request during your onboarding session or after the initial feedback session.
